We provide compassionate care and individualized attention in our comprehensive psychiatric evaluations. Through medication management, behavior and response monitoring, and the integration of certain individual or group psychotherapeutic treatments, we strive to provide holistic solutions for our patients.
We also provide emergency and weekend calls to pharmacies, timely report-writing and prompt coordination of treatments with your other health services providers.
For Opioid Dependence, treatment with Suboxone/buprenorphine is offered, and the induction may be conducted in the office setting.
Certain medications can be dispensed on site for your convenience and privacy. Certain injection medications can be safely administered on-site, as well.
Group therapy is available for certain individuals, as appropriate. Currently, groups are forming for:
- "Social Skills" (for those on the Autism Spectrum)
- "Managing ADHD" (covering time management, organizational skills, social skills and low-frustration tolerance)
- "In Control" (for those with anger management issues from life stress or psychiatric illness)
- "Talk about Change" (relapse prevention and motivational enhancement for those with substance abuse issues)
Our offices offer a safe, confidential environment with a private waiting area and available separate exit door for your convenience. Sound-proofing provides a quiet and confidential setting.
Information from your treatment and medical history is kept confidential and will only be shared with other treating providers and certain third parties if we feel it is useful to your treatment with your consent.
We are able to schedule appointments with minimal wait time. We only schedule one patient per appointment time and will schedule as much time as needed for any particular patient. Patients are seen on time.
Typically, initial evaluation appointments last 60 - 90 minutes and follow-up appointments are 30 minutes. If psychotherapy is recommended, appointments may last between 45 - 60 minutes.
